After we pick you up from the hotel we will take you to the local market where you can learn about the ingredients and spices used in the traditional Nepalese cuisine.
Once the shopping is done we take you to our kitchen where you can chose four dishes you will learn how to prepare. We will go one-by-one through each recipe, followed by a degustation 🙂
