Our guide will check your equipment and help you if anything is missing. We will have an early dinner where you can meet the rest of the group and get to know your guide for this trekking.

+ We will pick you up from the hotel early in the morning and take you to the airport. Prepare yourself for one of the most unforgettable flights ever.
When we land in Lukla, a scenic airport at the feet of the Himalayas, we will start our trek to Phakding village where you will spend your first night.

+ Today we have a steep way to do to reach the famous Namche Bazaar, Sherpa´s capital where hikers and climbers cross their paths and start the journey into the Himalayas. On our way we will cross the scenic Hillary Bridge, a must-take-a-picture spot!

+ Proper acclimatization is the key to reaching higher altitudes successfully. Today you will hike to prepare your body for next days but it´s not just a hike. It will be a great opportunity to see the highest peaks in the world! You will stop at a viewpoint from where you can observe famous Mount Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse.

Hours walking: 1,5h up, 45 min down
Altitude: Up to 3880m then back to sleep at 3445m
+ Today we will take you via a less touristic path to a traditional Sherpa village. Phortse, where you will stay for the night, is where the Khumbu Climbing Centre is located. It´s the highest located climbing gym in the world and a place where technical climbing courses are done to prepare climbers for the most challenging expeditions.

+ Another day to admire the beautiful landscape of the Himalayas. The combination of valleys, rivers and high mountains in the background is simply breathtaking, but today youwill indulge in an even more spectacular view – the gorgeous Ama Dablam. Once again your body will be preparing for a higher altitude by reaching the Ama Dablam Base Camp at 4570m.

Hours walking: 5-6h + 3h up to ADBC and 1,5h back
Altitude: Up to 4570m then back to sleep at 3930m
+ As we reach the altitude of 4000m you will notice the change in the landscape towards a rougher version of the Himalayas. Here, where the path goes gently uphill you can admire how the Sherpa community adapted to difficult conditions. A must-pic here is definitely the one with a yak!

+ Today will be the last time we prepare your body for the most difficult part of the trek. Don´t worry, the path to the lovely village of Chukhung is very gentle and peaceful.

Altitude: Up to 4730m then back to sleep at 4350m
+ A bit steeper path than in the previous days will take you to Lobuche village. It will be worth the exercise as the views today are unforgettable.
We will pass the Thukla viewpoint, where more than 100 climbers who lost their lives in the Himalayas are forever overlooking the beautiful mountains they once dreamt about.

+ Ready for the highest point of this trekking? Today you will not only pass the mark of 5000m but also have the opportunity to see the last rays of sun on the face of Mt. Everest, the highest mountain in the world.

Hours walking: 3-4h + 2h up to Kalapathar and 1h down
Altitude: Up to 5643m then back to sleep at 5160m
+ Another big day ahead of you! Today you will visit the famous Everest Base Camp where climbers prepare themselves for their expedition. It will also be an opportunity to have a closer look at the spectacular Khumbu Glacier. After lunch we will start our descend.

Hours walking: 3h to visit EBC then 5h down to Pheriche
Altitude: Up to 5364m then descend and sleep at 4371m
+ Although our trek is almost finished there are still some amazing places you will visit on the way back to Kathmandu. One of those places is the Tengboche Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery, the largest one in the Khumbu region where you will be able to join monks in one of their ceremonies. And if this was not enough, imagine watching the sunrise here with a view over Amadablam, Mt. Everest, Lothse, Nuptse and Tamserku.

During trekking you will be staying in accommodations adapted to mountain conditions which are much simpler than hotels in big cities. Whenever possible you will be provided with a room with a private bathroom.
During trekking, there are some services that are not included in the price of the room like: charging your devices, internet or laundry. Higher in the mountains also shower and hot water are usually charged extra.
After booking we will send you a detailed checklist.
For trekking you will need adequate clothing, hiking shoes, hat, sunhat, gloves, sunglasses, sleeping bag, backpack, head torch, sunscreen and lip balm with sunblock, water bottle, thermos, snack food.
Remember you should always take only what´s necessary as the maximum luggage allowance is 15kg.
We will book your flights in advance to ensure a smooth journey from Kathmandu to Lukla and back. The airfare for the Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu routes typically includes airport taxes and a baggage allowance of around 15 kilograms for trekking equipment.
Please note that sometimes flights to Lukla are operated from Ramechhap instead of Kathmandu due to congestion at the Kathmandu airport. In such cases, transportation from Kathmandu to Ramechhap and flight tickets for the Ramechhap-Lukla-Ramechhap route will be provided to ensure your travel arrangements.
Remember that weather conditions can sometimes cause flight delays or cancellations in the region, so it’s essential to have some flexibility in your travel plans and allow for possible changes.
To confirm your booking, we will ask you to pay 30% deposit which is necessary to cover the cost of preparing our staff and resources. The rest has to be paid until 60 days before the start of the trip.
If you cancel until 60 days before the trip you will lose your deposit.
Cancelation between 60 and 15 days before the trip is equal to losing 50% of the value of the trip.
If you cancel less than 15 days before the trip you will be charged 100% of the trip value.
In case you want to change dates of your trip you can do it until 60 days before your original trip
All clients require appropriate health insurance. Please ensure your insurance covers the costs of helicopter and medical rescue.
We also advise you to acquire travel insurance in case you need to cancel your trip last moment.
To enter Nepal, you will need a visa that can be acquired at the airport and the procedure is quick and simple.
